These terms apply when you use this website or book a session with Elite Art Management LLC. By booking, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide scheduled online wellness counseling sessions delivered by video. Sessions are supportive conversations about general wellbeing. They are not emergency, crisis or medical services, and we do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States at the time of your session. You agree to tell us the state you will be joining from, and to give us a contact number we can reach you on during the session.

Booking and payment

• Sessions are paid in full at the time of booking, in US dollars.
• The total price is displayed before you pay. There are no hidden charges.
• Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and billing information.
• Join from a private space with a stable internet connection.
• Do not record sessions without our written agreement.
• Treat your counselor with respect. We may end a session that becomes abusive.

Acceptable use of this website

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it in an unauthorised way, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site is owned by Elite Art Management LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or our sessions is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection or device.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
