Confidentiality & Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Elite Art Management LLC protects what you share in an online wellness counseling session. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers the website more broadly.

Our commitment

What you discuss in a session stays between you and your counselor. We do not share session content with family, employers, insurers or anyone else without your written permission, except in the limited situations below.

Who can access information

• Your counselor.
• A small number of administrative staff, and only for scheduling, billing and support — never session content beyond what is needed to run the appointment.
• Service providers that host our systems or deliver video and payment, bound by confidentiality obligations and used only as needed.

Limits of confidentiality

We may have to disclose information without your permission where:

• There is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
• We have reason to suspect abuse or neglect of a child or a vulnerable adult.
• We are required to do so by law, a court order or a valid legal process.

Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you before disclosing anything and share only what is necessary.

Security measures

• Sessions are delivered over encrypted video connections.
• Records are stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest.
• Access is limited to staff who need it, and access is logged.
• Written agreements are in place with the vendors that handle our data.

No system is perfectly secure. We do not make blanket compliance claims about our platform; if you need details about a specific safeguard before booking, ask us and we will answer plainly.

Recording

Sessions are not recorded by default. We ask that you do not record a session without our written agreement, and we will not record one without yours.

Your part in keeping sessions private

• Join from a space where you cannot be overheard.
• Use a device only you have access to, and lock it.
• Avoid public or shared Wi-Fi where possible.
• Do not send detailed personal health information by email or through website forms.

Records and retention

We keep brief records of appointments, consent acknowledgments and payments for as long as required for service delivery and legal or accounting obligations, then securely delete them. You may request access to the records we hold about you.
