A small practice with a simple idea: people think better when someone listens.

We started Elite Art Management LLC because getting supportive, unhurried time with someone shouldn't depend on where you live or whether you can take an afternoon off. Everything we offer happens online, by secure video, at times that fit around real schedules.

Our work is wellness counseling: conversations about stress, balance, routines, transitions and general wellbeing. We are direct about the limits of that work. We do not diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental-health conditions, and we are not an emergency or crisis service. When something you bring to a session needs clinical or medical care, we say so and help you think about where to go next.

Sessions are confidential. We collect only what we need to schedule and deliver your session, we ask for your informed consent before your first appointment, and we do not sell client information to anyone.

How we work

• Listen first. The first session is mostly about understanding what brought you here.
• Keep it practical. Small, realistic steps you can actually carry into your week.
• Stay consistent. You work with the same counselor so nothing has to be re-explained.
• Be clear about scope. We tell you plainly when something falls outside wellness support.
