Online Session Informed Consent

Please read this notice before your first session with Elite Art Management LLC. You acknowledge it during booking, and we record that acknowledgment with your appointment. You can ask us questions about anything here at any time.

What the service is

We provide online wellness counseling: scheduled, supportive conversations about general wellbeing, stress, routines, relationships and life transitions, delivered by video.

What the service is not

• It is not emergency, crisis or urgent care.
• It is not the diagnosis, treatment or cure of any medical or mental-health condition.
• It does not include prescriptions, medication advice or medical advice.
• It does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.

If something you raise in a session needs clinical or medical care, your counselor will say so and discuss options with you.

Emergencies

In an emergency, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not wait for a scheduled session, and do not use this website to report an emergency. Our counselors are not available between appointments.

Risks specific to online delivery

• Connection quality can interrupt or end a session.
• No online transmission is completely secure, even when encrypted. We reduce risk, but we cannot eliminate it.
• Privacy also depends on your environment — please join from a space where you will not be overheard.
• Your counselor cannot observe everything they would in person, which can limit what a session can address.

Confidentiality and its limits

What you share is kept confidential, as described in our Confidentiality & Privacy Notice. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving a risk of serious harm to you or another person, or suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.

Recording

We do not record sessions. If a recording were ever proposed, we would explain why, obtain your written consent first, and store it securely. You may decline without affecting your care.

Identity and location

At the start of each session your counselor confirms your identity, the state you are in, and a phone number you can be reached on, so we can respond appropriately if the connection drops or a safety concern arises.

Your rights

• You may ask questions, pause, change the subject or end a session at any time.
• You may withdraw your consent and stop using the service at any time.
• You may request access to the records we hold about your bookings.

Fees

Fees are shown before payment and taken at booking. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and the Refund Policy.
